Terms of Service

Shipio is a commerce automation SaaS for online sellers. These terms govern your access to and use of the platform.

Last updated 12 August 2026

The service

Shipio lets sellers publish personalized products without holding inventory. When a sale happens on a connected channel, Shipio handles personalization, fulfillment and delivery, and reports a single cost and estimated profit for each order.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Shipio to sell illegal, infringing, counterfeit or restricted goods.
  • Do not upload personalization content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Connected channels

When you connect a sales channel you authorise Shipio to read and write the data needed to import products and process orders. Your use of each channel remains subject to that channel's own terms.

Pricing and payment

Shipio charges the product cost, the shipping cost and a fixed Shipio fulfillment fee per order, plus any subscription applicable to your plan. Prices are shown before you confirm. You keep the difference between your retail price and the Shipio cost.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Shipio available and accurate, but the service is provided without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, Shipio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Termination

You may stop using Shipio at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
