Who we are

Shipio operates the commerce automation platform available at myshipio.com. If you have any question about this policy, contact us at geral@myshipio.com.

Data we process

  • Account data: name, email address and authentication credentials managed by our authentication provider.
  • Store data: connection details and metadata for the sales channels you connect (for example Etsy or Shopify).
  • Product data: catalog items, variants, images, personalization options and pricing you configure.
  • Order and fulfillment data: order references, personalization details, shipping destination, status and tracking information.
  • Technical data: log and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we process it

  • To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
  • To import products, synchronise orders and run personalization, fulfillment and delivery.
  • To calculate costs and profit, and to bill for the service.
  • To provide support and to detect, prevent and investigate abuse.
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share data with the processors required to deliver the service — hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, payment processing and logistics partners involved in producing and delivering an order. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account and transactional data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email geral@myshipio.com.

Security

Passwords are never stored by Shipio in plain text; authentication is handled by a managed provider. Access to production data is restricted, and private data is protected by row-level access rules so each account can only reach its own records.
